Neighbour flowing drain water towards my house what action to take

Sir... My neighbourers are flooding and draining water from their home towards my side.due to which the water arrives in my land having my house built upon it.... When I try to ask them to have proper channel of drainage for their water ... They abuse.... Wt should I do

This is public nuisance so you can file written to sdm concerned u/s 133 crpc and sdm will himself order the enquiry and will seek fild report from cncerned patwari and then will give proper order to the other party.
