My question is on tenability of the case.

11-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
A person claiming to be the owner of the vacant plot served me with the legal notice in the year 2007.. But,I was having the sale deed of the same plot with due noc from the local authorities where previous owner was paying taxes since 1970...I got my plan duly sanction from local authorities and I have completed building on it..and I have sold the same to other buyer... Now the man claiming to be the owner made me party in the suit which came to be filled after 3 years from his notice issued to me... I am no more in possession of the property as it is some other buyer who is the present owner...I have transferred the name with due permission the authority... Is not the plaintiff doing wrong as he made only me the party to the suit...!!!!?

You can reflect your objections in court that why you only, not the current owner has been made the party to the suit? You can bring on Court-Records that how duly plot was sanctined to you for construction of Building & Joe you duly transferred it to someone else who is the current owner now by keeping the concerned authorities in loop. I am quite sure, i can prove you innocent in this case.
