Municipal corporation demolished my house without 351 notice

BMC demolished my house without providing 351 notice . We had hut in this place since 1985. We were applying for photopass / maintenance fee for many years. we have all documents showing we are residing at place since 1985. The lands belongs to the municipal corporation. All home here pay maintenance fees to MC. What legal action I can take against MC.
