Marketing SMS Harassment despite requesting to stop

30-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
I had earlier contracted Lifecell for their services as I was expecting a baby. The baby was still born and hence had to cancel the services. Since then I have been getting SMS promoting their services. I had spoken to them and emailed them asking them to stop sending such messages as it brings back memory of the loss of the baby and pain. Despite assurances I periodically get SMS. I would like to sue them to stop such messages and for the mental agony they have been giving me.

you can send a lawyer notice to them for not to send the messages. They have to stop that. Even if they proceed to continue to do the same you can take legal action against them by filing a case against them.
