Legal notice from hospital to clear debt of deceased person to his son

hye, i want to know that in case of dues for medical bill of deceased person ,which section under the respondent is liable? also what if the notice served by the hospital is returned unclaimed/door locked , please help me out by providing your expert opinion on this ,will contact you after this
If you have received a notice from the hospital to clear the dues, you need to reply to that else the court shall file a recovery suit for recovery of the debts. there is nothing other than asking for time or relaxation in the debts from the hospital
