WE HAD APROACHED A LEGAL ADVISOR, WHO IS A LLB AND LLM ADVOCATE.
WE HAD ASKED HIM TO PREPARE A DRAFT PROPERTY AGREEMENT FOR GAONTAN AREA. WE HAD PAID HIM AN ADVANCE AMOUNT. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH THAT HE HAS BEEN AVOIDING US, GIVING US SOME REASON OR THE OTHER.
WHHAT SHOULD WE DO ? CAN WE GET THAT ADVANCE AMOUNT BACK ?
If you gave given him the advance through cheque or registered instrument then you can send a Legal notice through another advocate and thereon take further action. If the advocate does not reply then legal action can be taken accordingly. So immediately send legal notice through Advocate
