Lease for 99 years given in 1920

Our forefather had given land approx 65000 sq. ft. for 99 years lease to the partnership firm ( three partners ) in the year 1920. Grandson of one of the partner have constructed house and petrol pump on our land before 30 years. Now the lease is over in Sept-2019. Order also issued by city survey superintendent to delete their name from property card. But they are not leaving our land. What to do sir ? please advise.
some time this typ lease agreement is conditional renewal renewal by cunsorn authority..and owner of the authority sale this land it's depends on owner for more enquiry give me documents and I give my best reply
