Laws applicable against fire activities in Refugee area

Fire activities are prohibited in refugee area. In case any such activity is conducted, what are the various laws that are applicable against such prohibited activities?
sir bring it to the notice of the managing committee..after the managing committee fails to take any steps..you can proceed to file a case against the concerned person before the co operative court..it is advisable to bring this fact to the notice of the managing committee first..let the committee/society take steps first in this regards..
