land sale case without knowing our mother and her sisters

can I file a civil case against my matrimonial uncle due to land is not distributed to my mother which coming from his father? My Grandfather is having 7 children's out of 3 females. After his death his sons are planning to distribute the 9 hectors field without their signatures. is it valid, can I file a suite against them? pls. guide me
If the land belongs to ancestral property then each and every legal heirs will have equal right to share equally among them. If they are trying to sell the land to any third party person then Immediately You should file a partition suit and with that you should file an IA for getting a stay order.
