Is it safe for me if I do not appear in court on a date

Dear sir One agent cheat me and taken 90,000 rs from me for provide me job but after credited 90k amount in her account she not attend my call after that we filed FIR ipc 420 in mumbai police station and she arrested and then released on bail after 2 days and she submitted my 90,000 Rs as refund in police station but I have to submit application in civil court for receive to 90k from police station My FIR status shows online "case desposed" Questions:-- 1-What happens if I go back our village after taken our 90k amount from police station?? Is it safe for me or not? I don't want appear in trail of civil court 2-if I didn't qaush FIR by court then would be create any problem to against that job agent? 3-She can escape from punishment if I didn't appear in court? 2 days before I gone high court for quashing case there we signed on vakalatnama and she(accused) hired lawyer for me . Lawyer said me come next date But I don't want go there again Actual I want to be safe and

1) there would be no problems in case you take the money and go back to your village.
2) you can settle the matter as section 420 matters can be settled outside the court as well.
3) if you have mentioned in writing that you will co-operate at the time of quashing of FIR then they might create problems for you.
4) there is no problem you would face if you appear on the next date of hearing.
