is it possible legally marriage cancellation (not the divorce)
29-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
I'm 25 yr old girl n this yr I've completed my studies n want to do job, to earn, to get settled financially first n then want to get married bt my parents are not hearing me out. i'm being pressurized for marriage since last 3 yrs n I've been apposing them constantly
Bt this tym my parents became so serious n chosen a boy for me n tortured me in all way they can.. now it is unbearable to me I've almost decided to suicide
So my last hope n question is - I've seen in movies the concept of cancellation of marriage..is it possible in real, in India ?
Marring without my consent , under parents' pressure - can it b liable for cancellation of such marriage ??

Dear queriest, As per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your parents are forcing you to get married without your wish and as per your knowledge you said that the marriage can be cancelled later which is done by force and pressure of the parents and relatives, it is better you start living your life separately and get settled down and don't ever think of doing suicide.
