Is it necessary to present all the respondents on the date of hearing
28-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
we have filled an election petition to our honorable high court. according to court all the respondents are noticed to present today. is it necessary to present all the respondents? what is the proceedings after that?
Election petition is governed by CPC. In normal circumstances if court directs all the respondents to be present that means they through their advocates be present. However, a clear and just opinion can only be given after going through court's order.
