Is high court allowed to charge money for anticipatory bail

My husband nd my father got trapped in a fake way.. a person who runs a fake educational trust had black money nd he wanted to double d amount with a white entry so he askd my family to guide him...so they suggested him a name who does this time of work then tht person suggested 2 more names who were engaged in such type of work now without our knowledge trustee nd the 5th person along with his partner took d amount frm him nd gave him a cheque in return but d amount of 2.70cr got bounced..now d trustee has filled an f.i.r including all d 7 names he spoke to abt such work... now d person nd his partner who took d cash got anticipatory bail after paying 17 lakhs cash but v dnt have such huge amount to pay for our freedom..is there any way v can escape this false f.i.r plz help its been 4 months v r tryng for anticipatory but v dnt hv 17 lakhs to pay.

It could be conditional bail. However, it is not a compulsion. I am not trying to understand how the High Court has charged 17 lakhs for the bail. You don't need to pay anything for the bail amount if your merits are strong. You can show the Hon'ble Court how you have no role to play in the FIR and you are being unncessarily dragged into this. It is not necessary to pay a bond.
