e my husband is partner but title in name of father in law mother in law brother in law husband deserted me constructed the wall and sold 1 flat nopw i am in possessuion of said flat family court has granted status co as it is intestate flat i and my 2 kids stay in said flat since 2003 how can i get permanent injunction i am hindu
Dear Queriest, to get a permanent injunction you require to do or abstain from doing an act that is necessary in terms of justice and the absence of which would be contrary to good faith and good conscience. Basically the grant of an injunction aims to restore the violated rights of a party whereby monetary or compensatory damages are insufficient
