Incorrect Mobile Bill Charges - IDEA Cellular

Dear Team, I am currently outside country for work. I have a post paid connection with IDEA and I have received a bill total of Approx. 15000 in the last 2 months saying international data charges for around 12 MB consumed over a period of 20 days (KBs in various sessions). The fact is I have my local Kuwait SIM and I have disabled data and roaming settings in my mobile settings. I have sent multiple mails to IDEA. IDEA keeps on saying the same status- The bill is generated correctly and charges are correct. But my concern is I have not used the data mentioned in the bill. I have cleared the amount which I have used. Data charges I have not paid. Today, they have barred my connection saying bill was pending. I would like to proceed legally. Please help me with a an advice.

Your amount is meagre and if you wish to proceed legally, you have to bear the miscellaneous expenses i.e more than the Bill-amount from your pocket. So, it is ideal, either you should settle your outstanding amount with them or sue them in consumer court for charging you unfairly.
