INCONVENIENT GATING OF COLONIES

What can I do about the RWA association who is locking up gates in our colony with their "personal" locks without any official purpose just because it is more convenient for them but in turn it has made traffic more chaotic and travel to just the back of the colony more cumbersome. they are acting like bullies and I want to know what I can do legally about it. It has become a major issue in times of emergencies.
You can file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction restraining the RWA from locking the gates which results into causing traffic jam and inconvenience to the residents. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
