Hi! I subscribed to immigration services of one of the immigration consultant in Delhi. They took the entire amount from me in shot but I didn't take their service at all. Now I am asking my money back, they are not ready to return at all..kindly help me

first of all you send the demand legal notice to the consultant and thereafter you can file a case before the consumer court and demand the money from the immigration consultant. and also file a criminal case against them.

That is all dependent on what agreement you have signed with the consultants. if you have signed the agreement which mentioned that the amount is not refundable anyhow then it will be difficult to claim but if you are able to show that you did not took any service or their is a deficiency of services on their side, then you claim can be made out. For this you have to first send them a legal notice giving them 15 days time to return the money unless legal action will be taken against them. this will suffice your requirement.
