Illegal human tomb construction in front of Land

In my village some political goons were constructed then dead human tomb in front of our agriculture land and in between district R & B road in the year 2000. My parents tired in complaint to Police/MRO/R & B office but those people were not acted then to do so, do to some political pressure. Now how can remove this illegal construction!??

as far as your query is concerned you can can file a writ petition in the Hon'ble High Court under Article 226 of Constitution of india seeking directions (writ of mandamus) declaring the inaction of the respondents.
