Illegal construction by other who stayed out side

have living a many years a godown type rented house in tali shed my land lord rejected my house rent about 10 years ago I am giving my rent to rent control. Some others people who stayed back side in my premises and my land lord thair case was going for land ownership about 20 years ago but his case was dismissed by the court the people who stayed my back side have built a shop one side in my entrance and create a roof inside my premises so please advice what we do thanks
you have to file a case before the High Court asking to demolish the illegal construction before that you need to submit representation before the concerned authority asking them to take necessary step.
