illegal claim on property during original suit pending in court

One fellow got our some our cultivation land through decree and then we filed a case Original Suit against that and got temporary injunction order. Now the case is running and suddenly that fellow digged the land which is in court with tractor though we have injunction order. we approached police station to file case for the same, but they didn't take the case and we came to know that fellow managed the police before we approached , please suggest on this what step we take now.
you can file a private complaint under section 200 crpc or else you can take action and move contempt proceedings under order xxxix stipulated in civil procedure code for restoration of the previous position and you can claim damages through it please be advised with correct and accurate facts for giving accurate remedy
