I Got a Court Challan For Not Keeping Headlights On
19-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Yesterday I was caught and given challan for not keeping my car headlights on. My license was also taken. I was not driving on a highway and the lighting was good too. Is there any section related to car headlights kept off? I will get my license back after 10 days in court after paying the amount. Is my challan correct?
