How to inquire whether a path is legal or illegal

In 1961 3 kanal Mushtarka Malkan land was mutated among 30 villagers and Khasra no. was alloted to 30 kuraries also 3 paths wete left for passage and they were also given Khasra number, this all are in revenue record .I want to know will these passages are Gair Mumkin rastta or passages. Pls advice and snd judgements on this issue. Thanks
The passage was officially left in view of the passage of all the 30 villages and the same was covered under the gair mumkin rasta and moreover the same was not challenged ever during the last 56 years and same shall be treated as confirmed rasta and no one can challenge the same.
