Hindu religion it is a ancestral propertyit's a property issue ancestral property total 38 cents and we have 20 side in backside without passage we are this ancestral property as our passage.ow a days somebody blocked our passage with rocks .any possibility to get passage and wehow to file injuction against them
just break open the passage and move an injunction suit aganist the persons who blocked the way before munsiff court and you will get an injunction. Along with the suit you had to pray for easement by grant. please feel for clarification if any
