I believe there must be some contractual obligation on both the parties. You may approach the court for removal of the tower as per terms of the contract. If there was no contact, you can have the tower removed instantly.

If u r justified in ur reasoning that the mobile tower which has been installed poses a serious threat to ur health u can file a civil suit seeking a temporary injunction against the mobile company which is putting up its tower

You have two options. One is to submit a writ before the High Court, restraining any tower that has been contested. The other option is to bring a civil court suit and obtain an injunction.
