Sir,what step should be taken for removal of mobile tower. how to stop mobile tower installation in residential area?
1)file RTI application with municipal corporation as to whether permission has been taken from municipal corporation for installation of tower in residential area
2) in 2013 Delhi HC had issued directions to center and city bodies to remove towers near schools , hospitals and residential areas
