How to find a property case in uttrakhand high court

Hello, There is a Property in Dehradun regarding which Court Cases are going on in Uttrakhand High Court & other lower courts also. I know this for sure. But I only have the Property Address & not aware of the Court Case # to get all details. Tried searching with different Party names on http://ecourts.gov.in/dehradun but nothing came up. Please guide & help to get the Court Case #. Thanks in advance.
In case of immovable property, the suit is filed in the court within the jurisdiction of which the suit property lies. If the suit property lies within the jurisdiction of more than one court then it is the choice of the petitioner that in which court he wants to file the suit. You can refer to section 16 to 21 for this purpose. The matter goes to High Court in appeal only when the suit has been decided on its merits by the lower court.
