Gift deed home property from grand father to my mother As registered.

Sir my grand father as gifted to my mother ground floor house. Total 5 house. As she can't be transfer too.. And only birth of thr children's can enjoy of selling property after the age 18. my mother Elder brother came and demolished property without intemation can I file complaints against him. Can I get justice. (Intensionally demolished).He is going of telling we will build apartments later we will give.can he do that construction without taking permission from my mother, son(18) years. There is any law points to object in court. For feature wt will happened. Gift deed has been register under govt act and katha also been transfer to my mother name.

You can file a case for the above issue. Since you have a registered Gift Deed and Khata, it is not legal for your uncle to demolish the building without your mother's written permission. But the gift deed and the Khata will need to be analysed to conclude whether your mother really had full ownerships.
