One can file civil case directly without the help of lawyer/advocate.
There is nothing binding that one has to file civil case through an advocate only.
The party can always appear in person in court for defending his case.

How do I file a petition without a lawyer?
The format of the petition is identical to that filed by an attorney. You can borrow one to follow the format. You can write PETITIONER in PERSON instead of the Advocate’s name and signature on the bottom of your petition and affidavit. 02-Feb-2018
Can someone file a case without proof?
