Father's death certificate from court to get Army insurance benefits
21-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir/ madam ,my father is missing and I have logged a FIR in year 2002 . I want a Court Declaratory Order by court so that we can get Army Insurance's benefits
Yes, legally if your father is not being identified for 7 years than he is presumed to be dead and after that you can get that order in favor of him for the Insurance Benefits. So, if you want a court Declaratory Order then you might have to get it via filing a Declaratory Suit in a civil court and than afterwards you will get those insurance benefits.Rest we can discuss at my office in Ghaziabad and you can contact the law rato team for my contact details.
