Family Partition issue with 8 members

Family with 8 Members 1)Boy married 60+ 2)Boy married 60 3)Boy married 55+ 4) girl married 53 5) girl married 50 6) girl married 48 7)boy married 46 8) girl married 45 Parents passed away in 2000 and 2006 respectively. In the presence of parents properties are divided to all including girl and boy 4th, 6th and 8th girl they take some huge amount along gold jewellery instead of property 5th girl also got legal property with here name. But unfortunately because of illiterate rest boys didn't get any legal property with there names just they have property in there control but still all property documents runs with parents name. Now v proceed to make it as legal with all necessary documents but one of girl that listed as 8th one pledge a complaint with Tasildara like I have objection over the conversation of property. She demands for extra property now v don't have any legal documents which v full fill the same as parents make partition with orally. My question is how can v come out from
