False dowry case against whole family membres who are residinnt cities

My brother's wife filed false dowry case on us,my brother family resides in Karnataka,I do stay with my wife in Hyderabad,my mother and father stays in sircilla(180kms from hyd)my father is 60yrs old suffering from paralysis,what should I & my mother, father do to not to get into this case ?
hi you have to file a case in High Court stating that you your father and your mother and others who are involved in the case are not guilty they stay away from residence so kindly remove your names and pause the petition of dowry on your name
