double registration property twice

i buy land and it has been( realese deed )registrtion and now it has been registered for the other person what can i do .The secand buyer and the owner has been created drama that that he had been willed property before the date i had been registered the property what can i do please suggest some help rute
just file a injunction suit not to disturb your peaceful possession and as the property was first registered in your name then you are the true owner. Further if he has a will let him go to the court you just file a case that you are the owner in possession and they are trying to disposse you.
