Don't want to take any father's inherited property
06-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am not able to take care of my parents. So I don't want to take any of my father's inherited property. What is the legal process ?
First of all you have to clear here that your parents is alive or died. If your dad is alive then approach him to give his share to your other siblings by way of deed of gift or deed of settlement or deed of trust or will etc.
If your dad has died then you can gift your share to your siblings. after that you have no right title interest over the property left by your dad.
thanks
