Domicile of a women who has filed for divorce but case is pending and

I got married in bihar and due to domestic violence I came to my father's place which is in UP. I spent almost 3-4 months in bihar. And I filed for divorce. It has taken 2 years for final verdict.I want to know that in between this 2 years period... Can I use my father's place domicile?
You can obtain a domicile certificate from your local Municipal Corporation (Nagar Nigam or Nagar Palika). That is the the conclusive proof of your domicility. You submit your residence proof and your class 10th marksheet which must be from a school of Uttar Pradesh. On submitting these documents a domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh will be issued to you.
