With regard to the property and by your father, it is for him to give it either to you or your sister or your son or any third party or even to donate it to charity. Hence the property purchased by him is totally his property and he can take a final call on that. With regard to the property of your grandfather, you can claim share in the said property. With regard to the statement that he had sold your mother's gold jewellery and purchased property, if you have ample proof To prove that your mother had sold the gold jewellery for the purchase of property then you are entitled to share in the property. Further more I request you to take immediate legal action as you have told that they are compelling you to sign documents.
