Dispute over ancestral property other heirs registered property

We have a property inherited from my fore fathers, but whereas the other heir apart from us have registered the property with out our knowledge and whereas I don't have grand fathers death certificate and I havey grandmother's death certificate xerox , can I file a cheating case against them.

You can file a cheating case as your other heirs have registered the ancestral property in their name without your knowledge.
You should also file a civil suit claiming partition of properties in the local court and claim your ownership and also ask the court to cancel the title deeds of the other heirs.
