sir when i was in hostel i share my room with my friend. he take power bank and trouser from me and lost somewhere. before holiday he decide to give money for his negligence of caring my things amd gave me 1400 and 500 which he taken from me as cash. i also have call recording that he is liable to pay for my loss. but now he is denying and not receiving my call...what should i do FIR and how i get my money back.
