we have a property of my four fathers
we dont know the actual extent of the land
we have registered the land for 3.49 cents
later the correction was made for 4.49
simply they strike off the numerical letter 3 and corrected into 4
what can i take any legal action aganist the buyers

These type of issues are increasing due to change of land cost day by day.
in your case first you have to take the EC document from sub register office. In that you can verify whether the land extent was 3 or 4.
if there is a variation with buyers correction you can file against them.
