Clarification regarding sale agreement of property on plain paper

sir we had land about 2.5 acres and sale agreement done on and nominal advance in 2006 on plain paper together both brothers with another person and kept time bond 4 months.now they want to purshase and forcing&distrubing us to sell the property to them& now we dont want to loose our property.please kindly advice legal steps to follow?

what is nominal advance and once the sale agreement done you have to liable and bound to do that one , even through your agreement year is 2006 after laps of 11 years. why they waited 11 years . you have a chance to avoid that agreement but whether conditional or not , not mention any way cont.advocate...
