Clarification on appointment of commissioner by court

Dear sir/mam, First judgement I received from court and in that judgement court asked two lawyers to submit four names of advocates,two from each side for advocate commission. Both the lawyers submit the names to the court six months before but the court not yet put the commissioner. Can you tell me the maximum months to put the commissioner from court.
