CI is doing Settelment and harrasment on money transaction

sir i am from Vijayawada my mother had taken barrow money 8 years ago we were paid interest on the money till 7 years from last one year we were not paid the interest on the total amount due to some financial problems we requested to give me some time to clear the payment but the party has put the issue at Circle inspect of Police on 3 months back when the CI was asked i was said sir we are unable to pay the amount right now and we will try to pay as soon as possible but not now, from that day onwards CI is sending constable to my home and take us (mother and me) to police station, we were attend the at the police station and we met the CI police, and he is talking unparliament language and giving warning saying like i put the lockup and broke the legs and hands, sir actually we were paid the interest amount more than on the taken amount now we are unable pay right now due to suffering lots of problems and asking some time to till when we come out from problems.. but CI is day
