Change in religion and caste reservation in job

I currently works in government service. I belongs to Hindu, viswakarma caste. I got this job under the reservation of my caste.
Now I am going to convert to Christianity. What will be the effect of the conversation on my job.
This will not have any impact on the job as the status as on the date of appointment is taken. But any future benefits based on ur cast reservation cannot b claimed. If u r in Govt service only need to worry about future benefits.
