Cast Validity for a migrated student

I am residing in Nagpur. I am now in 12th. My father migrated from Bihar to Nagpur to complete his further studies. I belong to OBC and I want cast validity certificate then what is the procedure
From which state you have obtained Caste Certificate is important.If Caste Certificate is obtained from Bihar then you have to file application for Caste Certificate Scrutiny in Bihar .For getting admission you shall be treated from Bihar State.
