Hi, case pending from past 8 years in high court for 8 years. We won the civil court case and the opposition party has put case in high court and still no progress in the case. Reference - RFA 78/2010. What need to be done. Not getting proper reply from advocate.

Normally in RFA Cases time till take. Request your case is to file the early earing application and in that show your urgency.
