Car Parking issue below my house in front of a shop
19-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
I own the first floor in residentioal area of west Patel Nagar. I have been parking my car infront of my house for past 4 years. Now the owner of the shop below my house has changed and he is forcing me to move my car. I said I can move it forward so that it does not come right infront of his shop provided the other car moves forward a little. He threatens me of damaging the car. Please advise
Query perused. I'm of the considered opinion that number 1 yòu can complaint to police station for criminal intimidation under IPC. Since you have said that you are residing in a residential colony, shop running from the gf would be illegal as per land use. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
