Cancelling the unacceptable mutation neighbour property

The mutation (change in area) has been done to neighboring property from 220.0 sq. mt to 334.51 sq. mt. without our consent or any notice.
My question is whether we can cancel this mutation ? if yes, how much time it will require? and what process to be followed to do this?

hi,
u can file case to challenge the changes made in area measurements. if it is illegally or by mistake happened u hv to challenge the changes. u require ur property records since from ur previous seller. when it happened or when u get knowledge of it. opposit parties property record also requires.
see it will be court matter so there is no fix time binding to complete. but basically it requires minim one year.
