Can son attend the second appeal hearing along with the mother

Made a second appeal against vasai virar municipal corporation in state information commission konkan and they gave me a date for hearing. Now my query is as I filled entire application i.e. application , first appeal , and second appeal in my mother's name. So can i attend hearing along with my mother or not.
Yes you can attend the dates of hearing with your mother there is no such obligation for attending the court with the litigant. But you will not be allowed to say anything in the court as you are not a litigant party
