Can my wife is applicable for alimony in case filed under section 9

My wife had filed case under section 125 with alimony of her and my daughter, after a year she game me our daughter back and then to bring her back i filed case under section 9 of hindu marriage act. now again she filled for alimony in this case also, as my income is limited and she is more educated than me and also our daughter is with me and her all the expense are done only by me. What can I do now
If your wife has already filed maintenance case, you have to fight the case and put your side before hon'ble court. if your wife is educated and can earn then why she need maintenance ?
