Can library official restrict me from studying with someone in library
16-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am a civil service aspirant. Last week the official of district library restricted me to study with my brother. No boy and girl will be allowed to combine study there. Use of unparliamentary words by the staffs creates stress for me. What is my right there, please suggest me. What are the users rights?
It depends on the rules of the library. When you use the library to agree to their terms and conditions and their rules and regulations. Find out whether such a rule exists in the library. Moreover if you feel that unparliamentary words were used against you and your brother you can prefer a complaint against the person.
