Can junior of our advocate represent the other party in the appeal

Sir, We win the civil case which was filed by my uncle. The judgement came in our favour in the month of December 2015. Now we demolished the old house and started constructing New building. Yesterday we came to know that my uncle is appealing in high court and appointed a lawyer who was juinor of the advocat who fought for us. My question (1) can they stop my construction. (2) how much time the height court to give it's verdict. Please advise. Thanks

If highcourt gives stay Ur work may stop and after that u can appear and vacat that stay and when it comes to junior first let me know is tha junior is on record or not at the time he represented case from Ur side.
