Cuttack High Court is not functional from last 45 Days because of Strike by high court lawyers can i approach other high courts in different states for Bail.
No other high court has no jurisdiction to entertain bail application if the criminal case is pending under the jurisdiction of orissa high court . In this sitatutuan you may approach the honourable supreme court of india for bail or Grant you to transfer your bail application to other high court
